A estas alturas ya saben que amamos la naturaleza, las flores, insectos, hojas, en fin, todo. Y los colores vibrantes. Y las pulseras.

Así que lo unimos todo en estas pulseras inspiradas en la naturaleza, perfectas para usar en los calientes días de verano que todavía tenemos por aquí.

A lot of blogs are already mentioning autumn and autumn colors but we can’t help being inspired by the bright, hot sun we see every day out of the window.

By now you already know that we love nature, flowers, bugs, leafs, you name it. And bright colors. And bracelets.

So we joined it all together in these nature inspired bracelets, perfect for the hot summer days we’re still having around here.

Suerte - Luck

¡Mucha Suerte! - Lots of Luck!

Es lunes otra vez, esperamos que todas hayan tenido un buen fin de semana. A todos en el camino de Irene: hemos estado pensando en ustedes y esperamos que estén seguros y bien.

Dicen que la suerte llega cuando la preparación se encuentra con la oportunidad.

Bueno, hemos estado trabajando muy duro durante mucho tiempo y están surgiendo algunas oportunidades, entonces podemos decir que hemos tenido mucha suerte últimamente.

Dasi Glam ha sido reseñada o publicada algunas veces (¡Gracias!), ha habido cada vez más interés por nuestros diseños y hay también la posibilidad real de vender nuestras piezas en más ubicaciones. Todavía hay mucho que aprender y que hacer, pero estamos encaminadas y muy motivadas.

Gracias también a todas las personas que nos visitan aquí y en nuestra página de Facebook; tu presencia nos anima.

So, it’s Monday again, hope everybody had a good weekend. To all in the path of Irene: we’ve been thinking of you and hope you are safe and well.

They say that luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

Well, we’ve been working very hard for a long time and a few opportunities are coming up, so we can say we have had a lot of luck lately.

Dasi Glam has been reviewed or published a few times (Thank you!), there has been increased interest in our creations and there’s also a real possibility of selling our designs at more locations. There’s still a lot to learn and to do, but we’re on our way and very motivated.

Thank you also to all that come and visit us here and on our Facebook page; you encourage us with your presence.

Capitola, California

¿Recuerdan a Zoi, nuestra corresponsal en California?

Do you remember Zoi, our California correspondent?

Bueno, esta vez se fue hasta Capitola, una pequeña localidad playera que alberga numerosas galerías, tiendas modernas, boutiques y restaurantes. Y como siempre nos envió fotos de las tiendas de joyería por allá, que nosotras vamos a compartir contigo.

Por cierto, Capitola ya está en nuestra lista de sitio donde absoluta y positivamente tenemos que ir en el futuro cercano (significa tan pronto como podamos ¿pero hay que será positiva, verdad?)

Well, this time she went all the way to Capitola, a beautiful beach village, home to numerous craft galleries, trendy shops, boutiques and restaurants. And as always, she sent is some photos of the jewelry scene over there, which we are going to share with you.

By the way, Capitola is already on our list of places we’re absolutely, positively going to travel to in the near future (this means as soon as we can, but you have to be positive, right?).

Que alguien por favor me explique ¿como ya puede ser miércoles? Porque, no sé donde fueron el lunes y martes. ¡Y no estaba dormida, de verdad!

Estamos a millón aquí en Dasi Glam. Además de haber logrado creado un nuevo lote de magnificas piezas en los últimos días, esta semana hemos sido reseñadas no una vez, ¡si no dos veces!

Tenemos el gran placer de anunciar que nos reseñaron como creadoras en Heart Handmade. El titulo de nuestra reseña es Hecho a mano, Creativo, Versátil, Coqueto, Divertido, que describe perfectamente lo que queremos lograr con cada diseño. Está en formato de entrevista y tal vez quieras ir a ver, para descubrir un poco más sobre nosotras; esperamos que lo hagas porque es muy interesante (modestia aparte).

En todo caso estamos muy orgullosas de ver sido reseñadas en Heart Handmade junto con tantos e impresionantes creadores, y desde aquí enviamos nuestro especial agradecimiento a Mandie por habernos recibido.

We’re rocking here at Dasi Glam. Besides having managed to create a whole new batch of great pieces on the last few days, this week we have been featured not once, but twice!

We have the great pleasure of announcing that we were featured as crafters at Heart Handmade. The title of our feature is Hand Made, Creative, Versatile, Coquettish, Fun witch perfectly describes what we aim to achieve with each design. It’s an interview format, and you might want to go and take a look and find out a little bit more about us; hope you do, because it’s very interesting, if I may say so.

Anyway, we are very proud to have been featured at Heart Handmade alongside so many great, impressive crafters and here goes a special thanks to Mandie for having us there.

Well, this was another busy week! We came up with lots of new designs which we will be featuring in the next few days.

We are also very proud to announce that our Passion Roses bracelet and earrings have been featured at Rena Klingenberg’s Making Jewelry Now. They have proved to be some of our most successful designs, and we are very, very proud that Making Jewelry Now has featured us once again., thank you!

Tenemos Una Nueva Modelo - We Have A New Model

Nuestra Amiga Sonia Y Sus Rosas

Our Friend Sonia And Her Roses

Una de las cosas que nos dan más satisfacción es ver uno de nuestros diseños en una modelo real.

Y cuando digo modelo real, quiero decir nuestra amiga Sonia, quien es la feliz propietaria del bello juego de pulsera y zarcillos Rosas Pasión. Lo agarró justo a tiempo; ha habido muchas peticiones para adquirir estas piezas pero Sonia fue bastante más rápida que las demás.

¡Ve la satisfacción en su rostro! Es en estos momentos cuando comprobamos que todo el trabajo y esfuerzo valen la pena. Cuando alguien está feliz, usando nuestras piezas.

One of the things that give us most satisfaction is when we see one of our designs on a live model.

And when I say a live model, I mean our friend Sonia who is the lucky owner of the beautiful Passion Roses bracelet and earrings set. She grabbed it just in time; there have been many requests for ownership of these pieces but Sonia was way faster than anybody else.

Look at the satisfaction on her face! It’s on these moments when we are sure that all the work and effort are completely worth it. When somebody is happy, wearing our pieces.

Si bien nosotros los "suertudos" que vivimos en el Caribe siempre tenemos un poquito de sol, el verano terminará pronto. ¡Y queremos terminarlo con estrépito! Es por eso que vas a ver bastantes diseños llenos de color en los próximos días.

Although we lucky people in the Caribbean always have a little bit of sun, summer is about to end in a little while. And we want to go out with a Bang! That’s why you’re going to see lots of colorful designs in the following days.

Asian symbols are a big thing around here now, and we’re receiving lots of requests for designs with this influence. So, here they are.

We couldn’t leave out a little heart and flower, which are our weaknesses as you know.

Estamos totalmente de acuerdo con Garfield

We completely agree with Garfield

Normalmente estamos de acuerdo con Garfield en que los Lunes son malísimos, que nos disculpen todos los entusiastas de los días Lunes.

Sin embargo, tenemos nuevos modelos de zarcillos que te queremos enseñar, así que hicimos un esfuerzo y estamos trabajando de todas formas (es chiste, los lunes junto con los viernes son los días en los que tenemos más trabajo).

We usually agree with Garfield on which Mondays just suck, sorry to all the Monday enthusiasts.

However we have some new earring designs we want you to see so we made an effort and are working anyway (ironic joke, Mondays together with Fridays are when we have most amount of work).
